26 Commentaries ויאמר אלהים And G-d said: נעשה אדם Let us make man בצלמנו in our image כדמותנו after our likeness: וירדו and let them have dominion בדגת הים over the fish of the sea, ובעוף השמים and over the fowl of the heaven, ובבהמה and over the cattle, ובכל הארץ and over all the earth, ובכל הרמש and over every creeping thing הרמש that creeps על הארץ upon the earth. 28 Commentaries ויברך אתם אלהים And G-d blessed them, ויאמר להם אלהים and G-d said to them. פרו Be fruitful ורבו and multiply, ומלאו את הארץ and replenish the earth, וכבשה and subdue it; ורדו and have dominion בדגת הים over the fish of the sea, ובעוף השמים and over the fowl of the heaven, ובכל חיה and over every living thing הרמשת על הארץ that creeps upon the earth. 29 Commentaries ויאמר אלהים And G-d said: הנה נתתי לכם Behold I have given to you את כל עשב זרע זרע every herb yielding seed, אשר על פני כל הארץ which (is) upon the face of all the earth, ואת כל העץ and every tree אשר בו in which (is) פרי עץ the fruit of a tree זרע זרע yielding seed; לכם יהיה לאכלה to you it shall be for food. And G-d said ויאמר אלהים Behold I have given to you הנה נתתי לכם every herb yielding seed את כל עשב זרע זרע which (is) upon the face of all the earth אשר על פני כל הארץ and every tree ואת כל העץ )in which (is אשר בו the fruit of a tree פרי עץ yielding seed זרע זרע to you it shall be for food לכם יהיה לאכלה כט
